Sports Performance
Flexeon proudly works with Tom Pukstys for the development of TP Sports Performance. As a former Olympian, 6X American Record Holder and 2012 Olympic Throws coach; Tom has trained and coached several Olympian athletes. Tom highly enjoys pushing those he coaches to the next level and looks forward to working intensely with those seeking to excell in their speed, fitness and power.
With over 22 years of experience, Tom was a world-class athlete and has trained with over 7500 athletes through private sessions, clinics, camps, and symposiums worldwide. Tom creates programming around factors such as skill level, daily emotional and physical levels, and general attitude. Pukstys genuinely cares about his clients and goes out of the way to build their character, personality and experience. Athletes train inside the NIKE SPARQ Certified Bo Jackson Elite Sports Dome.
Athletes are trained using the Five ring performance system: Power, Fitness, Speed, Effort and Time. Here is a description of some of his programs:

Advanced speed, agility, and explosive work appropriate for ages 14+. Younger athletes may enter with TP Sports coaching staff approval. |

November through February: Training to enhance throwing velocity and smooth out mechanics for less arm stress, and more throwing power. Core strength, flexibility included. |
